I'm almost 24, it's crazy. so lots going on, chris' dad is getting married, so we hopefully will be able to get to calgary for that, i went to curves last night and it was ok. It seems interesting but i think it's bullshit that you have to pay 200$ for a start up fee and then 40$ per mth. and they don't have the features of other gyms, such as towels, shampoo, babysitting, and tanning. i'm getting a free mth and they will give me 50% off the start up fee, but i mean that is still 100$, so i will do my mth and then quit.
I am also starting aquasize at the end of nov. i'm doing it with some girls from work so that will be fun. what else is new?? Still playing warcraft my mage its a lvl 36 and my rogue is a 26 so i am totally kicking ass! if you want to play on my server jsut let me know.
anyways i think that is it. i went to a bridal show sunday and it was fun. got some good ideas |

Dang dude.. I'm just going to the Lawson and paying 40 bucks a month and I'm seeing lots of results. I swim 3 days a week and I'm in the gym the other 3 doing cardio and lifting weights. If you ever want to join me, just let me know.

yeah it's alot and that's why i won't be signing up with them after the mth is up. but i will do my free mth and i have the aquacize so we will see what happens after all that

you're still losing out on the $100 though cause you don't get that back when you quit. seems almost pointless to only stay at the gym for a month if you still have to pay so much.

that doesn't mean you're going to get your free month. i joined there a year ago and i had to pay the service fee but i still got my first month free. are u sure they are going to let you have your free month without paying that service fee?

they told me yes they are. i leave avoid ck to keep the 100$ price, and then at the end of my month if i want to sign up then i do if not then i get my chk back. now who is this? at first i thought it was aaron, but since you said you joined i know it's not him, and do you go to the ones in regina?

just someone who stumbled across your blog. and no i don't go to the ones in regina.
it may seem expensive but it really is a good gym to go to. i like it cause it's only women. i feel intimidated when it's a co-ed gym. and i don't like the gyms where all the women are fit and skinny to begin with. i just feel more comfortable too.

well i haven't started yet my firsta ctual work out will be friday so we see how it goes and after themonth i will decide if i want to go or not, there are also a couple places similar to it so i will check out there fees too
