this is the letter i emailed to denny's today cause i was mad that they had no chocolate cake and our waiter sucked ass
I went to Denny's at about 10pm on Aug. 30/06, and I was very disappointed. My friends and i enjoy going there for coffee and the refills on specialty coffees, like the french vanilla cappachino. When we were there a couple weeks ago, we tried a coffe crisp flavoured coffee, which was delicious, and we wanted to have it again, however when we asked for it, we were informed by our not very friendly waiter that they didn't have it. So we asked what happened to it and he said they never had it. So I don't know what we drank a couple weeks ago that tasted like coffee crisp flavoured coffee, but we decided to have the english toffee instead. I was then prepared to order the Hershey's chocolate cake. Once again when i ordered it though our not very friendly waiter said we don't have it. I was very upset because that is all i wanted that night, and i understand that restraunts do run out of things sometimes, but normally you get and apology, which we did not get from our waiter. He also felt the need not to use his manners, and didn't feel like refilling our drinks. I was so unimpressed witht he service that i do not wish to go there again. There are other late night restraunts in this area and i have no problem going to Humpty's instead of Denny's when i get service like this. The retraunt is the one on Victoria Ave E in Regina, and our waiter was Gary. |
