| So I was fired from my job. Ok I can live with that for the most part...I mean im upset that it came out of nowhere, Im confused ofer the fact that they are paying me severence and they are paying me to meet with career transistion counsellors. I find that so weird because i asked for training at my job from day one. I said i want to make this a career i want to be trained and they said ok ok ok. I did thier learning tests but they never trained me. I was the one who did the majority of training for new tellers, but they wouldn't train me further. I had to show my manager how to use her email. I worked their for 2 years and i was one of their most experienced and knowledgable tellers. I had great customer service, because i had numerous customers who would wait specifically for me to help them. It pisses me off that they say my sales were too low, yet the girls who cheated at their sales were jsut the icing on the cake for the manager. and who do you tell? can't say anything to the manager because she goes drinking with the two allstars. ANd can you tell the managers boss? no she is good buddies with her and all the managers they get their hair done together like a little club. so that leaves HR but they dont even work in our city and it takes them forever to do anything. |

I actually really hate having a blog. The reason I hate it is because I always feel like i can't voice my honest opinion about anything because people come back at me after I do and get mad that I said a specific thing. I jsut feel like when I do go to write in my blog then i have to stifle it and just go on about mundane things. I like to blather about that crap every now and then but sometimes i want to say how much something pisses me off, but i dont since i get nagged about it after.
